STEP 1
Establishing our client-planner relationship and collecting your data.
This will include an Introduction of our business, Identifying the advice required by you, Disclosure of all regulatory requirements, Signing of your Instruction and Appointment as Financial Planner and the Gathering of personal and service related information.
STEP 2
Analysing and evaluating your financial status
Conducting an analyses of your needs and circumstances, Identifying needs and shortcomings, Compiling a report of our findings and recommendations, and Identifying suitable solutions for the established needs
STEP 3
Developing and presenting recommendations and/or alternatives
Present our report with the analyses and recommendations to you.
If our advice is accepted, a contract is formed according to the FAIS Act, and therefore it is necessary at this point to enter into an Advice Agreement which outlines the essentials of the advice and confirms the acceptance / rejection thereof.
Once the advice has been given, it is documented in a separate agreement in terms of the FAIS Act and therefore when you accept or reject our proposals, a Record of Advice Agreement is signed before implementation of the plan takes place.
STEP 4
Implementation of the Proposed and accepted Plan
Once you accept the proposals, product providers' quotations and applications it is signed-off. We then facilitate the processing of the applications and ensure that everything is implemented and finalised according to the agreed implementation strategy
STEP 5
Monitoring the recommendations Ongoing process
We provide ongoing asset management monitoring to you and provide regular up-dates
The Financial Plan is reviewed annually, and changes are made to the portfolio, as required.

WHAT DO WE CHARGE FOR OUR SERVICES?
We are a fee-based practice which means that we charge a service fee per hour for the advice and intermediary services we provide. This fee can be discounted against any commission receivable, when our intermediary services are being used to implement the financial planning proposals.
All fees are agreed to with you before any instruction is taken and declared before implementation of any proposals.
